At the Israel Youth Village we believe that no child is hopeless and that everyone can be rehabilitated.

Prior to being taken in by the Village, many had been written off as hopeless and were rejected by other institutions.

Yearly, over 250 youngsters grow up to be wholesome, healthy teenagers who learn an honorable trade and serve with distinction in the Israel Defense Forces, after which they will take their place in society as outstanding family men with exceptional skills.

The children who benefit from The Israel Youth Village are those whose earliest years have been so bleak and scarred by horror and emotional deprivation, that they seek escape from lives of escalating violence and ultimate self-destruction.

It is these youngsters, who have known nothing but rejection, who find a haven at The Israel Youth Village.

The Israel Youth Village is a bucolic campus just fifteen minutes from Tel Aviv. It is filled with green grass, athletic facilities, an Olympic-size pool, pleasant dormitories, a cheerful synagogue and vocational workshops.
